Get Involved

Frost students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels can get involved with the Shalala MusicReach program. They are pivotal in supporting the musical growth of underprivileged children and communities throughout Miami-Dade and enhancing their own teaching experience, while also earning scholarship and stipend support through the Frost School of Music. Undergraduates mentor two underserved youth each week, while graduate students act as site lead teachers, providing support for undergraduates working in the program. Graduate student teaching assistant positions are also available.
